Manchester Recording and Mastering services
Our Manchester Recording Studio is based just minutes from the Manchester City Centre and has road, rail and bus access close by. Our Studio has already produced, engineered, mastered and developed many released tunes, loops, adverts and sound bites.
We offer analogue and state of the art digital equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a clean and comfortable environment, a good crack... and a wealth of experience
From demo's to "single" production packages and full albums, your project will be given the attention and enthusiasm it deserves. It becomes your studio, with a comfortable green room lounge and a separate kitchen.
We produce and compose music for bands, film, documentary, new media, and artists.
The recording room has excellent 'live' acoustics with a brick walls to enhance and brighten sound. The control room is spacious, comfortable and fully soundproofed from the recording room. Both rooms feature soundproof ventilation and the session room has a floating floor.
Recording studio rental includes a sound engineer and producer and a chance to set up before your session (weekends) Radium Recording Studio offers a wealth of experience and passion in what we do and we serve it up in every session.
Full weekend rates - holiday special, set up Friday night, full weekend of studio time 2 x10 hours = £350 - perfect for making an EP or MySpace listing.
Mastering service from £30 per hour
If you are a new or existing band or artist, if you shoot commercials or need to record sound bites, demo's, voice overs, adverts or full mastering work - Radium Recording Studio in Manchester.
The recording studio is part of a network of services offered in a new label, management and publishing organisation in Manchester. BandsOnTours - Whatever you need! and The Good Die Young Records Co-op is to be launched in Summer of this year and until then Radium Recording Studio have been selected to work with the bands that will be released along with the label in all ways needed to prepare them fully for what is to come.
From this has come MAD, Manchester Artist Development, where the producer and top flight musicians associated with the recording studio will work with emerging bands on their structure and performance. The bands rehearse in the recording studio and the producer will work with the band or artist to help them be fully prepared for the next level. Artist Development is a service offered at 4 hours per week, cost is £200 per 4 hour session for unsigned bands, £100 for bands we are working with and £400 to labels.
Session Artists and Teachers
Should you so need we also have session artists who can play along with you in your recording or live sessions. From those session artists we are now offering lessons in various instruments. Radium Recording Studios Manchester is part of the BandsOnTours - Whatever You Need! Co-op Umbrella which is the next phase in many peoples already long and successful careers. We have all been doing other things with and for other people. Whereas now we have banded together some of the hinge-pins behind many of the bands and scenes here in Manchester, the Northwest and the UK over the last 25 years. and created BandsOnTours - Whatever You Need!, an umbrella name for our mixed bag of talent, each of which is heading his or her field and doing only what they do best.
